This site is dedicated to Ted Lang shown above.  He was Fire Inspector and Public Relations spokesperson for the McClellan AFB Fire Department.  He was known on base and in Sacramento for his Fire Prevention training and articles.  He was also a tour guide for whale and bird watches in the San Francisco bay area. 

Ted was Historian for the Grumman Albatross seaplane.  He along with the U.S. Coast Guard restored the SA-16 at McClellan AFB.  In addition, he restored an O11-A Fire Truck.  The picture above shows Ted in Dennis Buehn's (American Warbirds) Albatross.
